Participants will need to register for each program in which they wish to participate, as each program carries a separate fee. Participants may not attend a program without registering for that program. 2. Participants will need to register in advance of attending the class. Program must meet established minimum registration levels by the designated date (see individual program) or the program will be cancelled. 3. Participants will not be able to pay at the site of the program. Participants must register by phone, by mail, or in person. Please see the registration form on the last page of this magazine. Community Fun & Fitness The following classes are offered at various locations in our community and are designed to promote fun and fitness for all ages. Call 853-1269 for more information. Class Intensity Rating System Low-intensity, low-impact class. No high-impact moves such as jumping, running, bouncing, etc. This class level is appropriate for all fitness levels. Moderate-intensity, low-impact class. No high-impact moves such as jumping and running; however, some exercises will be intense requiring some muscular strength and endurance. This class level is appropriate for active participants at beginning, intermediate or advanced fitness levels. Moderate/high-intensity, moderate/high-impact class. Slow, controlled movements with fast-paced, more intense moves including some low jumping and bouncing. This class level is designed for intermediate to advanced fitness levels. High-intensity/high-impact class. Requires the ability to perform high-impact moves like lifting heavier weight, jumping, sprinting and running. This class level is designed for advanced fitness levels. Pilates (16+) This mat-work class will radically change your body by strengthening and toning muscles, increasing flexibility, and improving posture and balance. Swimmers and non-swimmers can get a great cardio workout, shape and tone muscles, reduce stress and socialize with friends old and new.
